SafeDrape
Ease Of Use
With the assistance of incorporated elastic connections, the SafeDrape essentially assembles itself. A first time user can assemble the frame in an average of 20-30 seconds. After use, the entire apparatus can be broken down and disposed of. No risk of self contamination by cleaning this product.
Thoughtful Design
SafeDrape is not just a pretty face. The ergonomics and access points have been thoroughly vetted by experienced operators to maximize ease of use. The armholes don’t handcuff you like the previous generation acrylic intubation boxes. Additional sealable access points make passing devices through the SafeDrape a breeze.
Numerous Applications
The SafeDrape is not a one trick pony. While it is certainly a fantastic tool for protection during intubations and extubations, there are many other applications. The drape is an excellent tool for nebulizer treatments and other respiratory therapies. Additionally, the SafeDrape is designed to be compatible with CPR.
Peace Of Mind
There is a pervasive anxiety when treating patients in a face to face setting, let alone when performing an aerosolizing procedure. And for every patient, there are numerous other healthcare providers in the room during these high risk procedures. While PPE is the gold standard of protection, knowing that there is an additional barrier to pathogens provides a palpable sense of relief, not to mention the security of knowing the hospital system is doing everything they can to protect their valuable team members.
